TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the String Theory Jiu Jitsu LLC (“STJJ”) website, as well as all members, visitors, and participants in STJJ programs, services, and facilities.

These terms govern all memberships, purchases, bookings, enrollments, and participation with STJJ. All individuals are expected to comply with all STJJ policies, rules, and procedures.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Accurate personal information must be maintained at all times, including contact details, payment information, and emergency contacts.

Failure to maintain accurate information may result in missed communications, billing issues, or disruption of services.

BILLING & PAYMENT

Enrollment in any recurring membership authorizes STJJ to charge the payment method on file according to the selected membership.

A valid payment method must be maintained at all times. Failure to maintain valid billing information does not relieve financial responsibility.

Failure to use services, attend classes, or participate in training does not relieve financial responsibility for any active membership.

Unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of access to training and services.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Membership access, pricing, and benefits vary based on the membership selected.

All memberships are subject to STJJ’s Cancellation Policy, Purchase Policy, Return/Refund Policy, and all other applicable policies.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

All cancellations, holds, and membership changes must be submitted in writing in accordance with STJJ’s Cancellation Policy.

Verbal requests, text messages, or notifications to staff or instructors do not constitute valid requests.

REFUNDS & PURCHASES

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in STJJ policies.

No refunds, credits, or transfers are provided for unused services, missed classes, or partial use of memberships.

SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE

Class schedules, instructors, and program offerings may be modified at any time.

Attendance is the responsibility of each member. Unused classes or sessions have no cash value.

PRIVATE LESSONS & EVENTS

Private lessons, seminars, and events are subject to STJJ’s Purchase Policy.

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private lessons. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

If STJJ cancels a scheduled event, a refund or credit may be provided.

FACILITY RULES & CONDUCT

All individuals must conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner while on the premises.

STJJ reserves the right to deny participation, suspend access, or terminate membership for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

WEBSITE CONTENT

All content on the STJJ website, including text, images, logos, branding, and design, is the property of String Theory Jiu Jitsu LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

STJJ is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of its website or services, except as required by applicable law.

CHARGE BACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

All billing concerns must be addressed directly with STJJ prior to initiating a dispute.

Charge backs or payment disputes for valid charges may result in account suspension, additional fees, and potential collection actions.

POLICY UPDATES

STJJ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the STJJ website.

POLICY NOTICE

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the STJJ website, as well as all members, visitors, and participants in STJJ services and programs.

Formal agreement to these terms and all other STJJ policies is obtained through signed waivers, contracts, or other written acknowledgments at the time of enrollment or participation.
